Projects

I have worked on distinct projects in Cellular Physiology, Neural Plasticity, Muscle Physiology, NMJ Morphology, and Combinational Therapeutic Preclinical Validation. I created custom software solutions for most of my projects. I conceptualized, designed, and wrote all programmable solutions. My goal of incorporating custom software solutions is to increase productivity and standardize bioinformatics analysis. My favorite projects so far is computational NMJ Morphology, because of the complexity involved in creating automated image analysis routines.
